Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for the CEO or any other designated personnel to all business and personal engagements.
- Proactively monitor traffic patterns, weather conditions, and road closures to ensure the most efficient routes are always taken.
- Ensure the executive fleet is kept in pristine condition (interior and exterior) and manage all refueling, servicing, and inspection schedules.
- Additional responsibilities may include performing refueling, servicing, and inspections for other vehicles within the fleet management system as assigned.
- Assist with luggage, manage door service, and occasionally handle light administrative errands or document deliveries.
- Maintain the highest level of professional boundaries and confidentiality regarding all conversations and business matters overheard during transit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional driving experience, preferably for C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Valid class 3 driving license with a clean impeccable safety driving record.
- Specialized chauffeur permits are a plus.
- Expert-level knowledge of local geography, major landmarks, and airport protocols.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends and public holidays as required.
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedules and handle last minute requests.
- Possesses strong time management skills and maintains confidentiality and respect for privacy.
- Proficient in using GPS, traffic apps, and communication tools.
- Has basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems.
