Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across consumer banking portfolio.

- Ensure messaging is consistently tailored to priority customer segments across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with product, digital and analytics teams to deliver campaigns that support key commercial KPIs.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the consumer banking ecosystem.
- Track and report on campaign performance, effectiveness, and learnings to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within banking, financial services, fintech, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns across brand and performance channels.
- Prior experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand management, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with digital, CRM and data-led marketing approaches.
- Solid stakeholder and agency management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
