Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful transition from bid to project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in project and programme management, ideally within a multi-national or high-tech organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across different geographies and time zones.
  • Basic understanding of project finance.
  • Strong capability in internal stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus and external relationship management skills.
