Key Responsibilities
- To plan, lead and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works on electrical / power system related equipment to meet the Quality objective as stated in our QP and ensure all work in compliance with relevant procedures and safety requirement.
- To ensure the performance of electrical / power system related equipment in revenue operations meet the performance targets through effective scheduling of PM programs and co-ordination of CM activities.
- To plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in most effective and efficient manner.
- To provide technical advice and instructions to subordinates including sub-contractor personnel and ensure all drawings, diagrams, manuals, task lists, WIs and work records are kept current and update.
- To implement ISO procedure and carry out IPA/JSA & SSPP as assigned & planned.
- To comply and exercise safety at all times in accordance to Safety Procedures.
- Manage appointed contractors for rectification works.
- To support other ad hoc basis projects as PM/PIC.
- To actively lead / participate in Kaizen Project to enhance and streamline maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- To mentor and provide guidance to newly promoted / joined AEs.
- To cover EMM's duties when his supervisor is on leave.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Self-motivated, always striving to improve or meet a standard of excellence.
- Able to lead by example.
- Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team.
