Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for operational treasury processes across the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
  • 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
  • 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • 3+ years of Treasury experience related to bank account management and operations with a global company.
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as needed.
  • Comfort working in a fluid and oftentimes ambiguous environment; capable of making adjustments in both day-to-day and large-scale activities based on new information and developments.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
