Key Responsibilities
- Create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and develop comprehensive test methods.
- Collaborate closely with Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers during data reviews.
- Support Silicon Validation and Characterization activities for SOC products.
- Contribute to Manufacturing Enablement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 1+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a Test Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex.
- Understanding of VLSI technologies and familiarity with Digital Baseband products.
- Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc.).
