Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the manufacturing team to ensure timely completion of production plans, while maintaining and improving workmanship standards

  • Analyze operational practices and recommend or implement system/process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Engineering related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment within the capital equipment, or aviation or manufacturing industries
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce
  • Practical, hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, including mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting
  • Willing and able to work on an 8-hour fixed shift schedule
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement projects
  • Demonstrated capability in resource planning and team management
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech capital equipment manufacturing
