Key Responsibilities
- Support strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets by working with internal stakeholders (leasing, property management team and country managers) to formulate action plans regarding optimizing operating expenses and capital expenditure management.
- Carry out projects under development, AEI, asset valuation, asset review, and hold-sell analysis for the assets under management.
- Assist in analyzing and implementing effective lease management, including deal structuring, renewal & customer retention strategies, and customer & asset risk assessment (e.g., Know Your Clients and arrears monitoring).
- Prepare and consolidate budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of the portfolio, including variance analysis against budget and asset plan.
- Report by consolidating and analyzing data at individual property and portfolio levels for periodic quarterly reporting with investors, including preparing monthly and quarterly reports and presentation slides.
- Coordinate initiatives for the team across countries in areas such as Compliance, Environmental, Social & Governance, Health Safety and Environment, and audit.
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in real estate asset management.
- Robust and hands-on leadership qualities to inspire a team.
- Self-motivated, resourceful team player with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Result-oriented and able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate with different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
