Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Lead cloud architect for GF initiatives, including application modernization and data migration, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders—to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Work with Solution Delivery to solidify cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with local (Singapore) and international regulations
  • Stay current with cloud technology trends, evaluate new tools and services, and recommend improvements to enhance the organization's cloud strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or related roles
  • Strong experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and associated services
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and cloud-native application design
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
