Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact, develop relationships, and generate demand for customers in hunting zones.
  • Understand customer pain points and cross-sell the full range of service portfolios and solutions.
  • Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing orders, deliveries, and ongoing activities with the client.
  • Utilize BFO (Salesforce.com) for funnel management, account planning, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.

  • Support analysis and reporting on field service performance.
  • Provide timely input to the Tender team for sales quotations and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of Technical Sales experience.
  • Total of 8 years of Electrical Engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in Electrical Distribution Systems, Protection Systems, and Power Quality.
  • Expert relationship-building abilities with new and existing customers.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
