Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact, develop relationships, and generate demand for customers in hunting zones.
- Understand customer pain points and cross-sell the full range of service portfolios and solutions.
- Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing orders, deliveries, and ongoing activities with the client.
- Utilize BFO (Salesforce.com) for funnel management, account planning, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- Work with GSC and KAM to establish Local Service Contracts and/or Frame agreements.
- Provide detailed and accurate weekly Order & Sales forecasts.
- Support analysis and reporting on field service performance.
- Provide timely input to the Tender team for sales quotations and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Sales experience.
- Total of 8 years of Electrical Engineering experience.
- Proven experience in Electrical Distribution Systems, Protection Systems, and Power Quality.
- Expert relationship-building abilities with new and existing customers.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
