Key Responsibilities
- Mentor associate engineers and senior technicians
- Perform first-level investigation for out-of-control situations, line excursions, and abnormal lot/tool judgment due to inline OOC/OOS SPC conditions and process deviations
- Perform lot processing, tool loading/unloading, and basic recipe selection
- Handle lot disposition and tool judgment effectively
- Collaborate closely with equipment and manufacturing teams to meet key module objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards
- Sustain wafer quality and manage all line activities
- Analyze various defect types and provide clear problem descriptions to equipment teams for resolution
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end industry
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
- Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
