Key Responsibilities
- Act as backfill for quarterly and yearly standard cost review/update and perform ad-hoc standard cost revision and cost roll requests.
- Calculate actual costs for systems/products and analyze variances between pre- and post-calculation.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for systems/products and review them with Business Units.
- Support month-end activities and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive scale and efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and technologies to automate routine tasks and enhance financial planning/forecasting.
- Lead, support, or manage ad-hoc global finance projects and key workstreams as required.
Requirements
- University graduate or above in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of costing and analysis experience preferred from a manufacturing background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a hands-on role within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Strong influencing skills to achieve collaborative outcomes.
