Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and construction of regional green field projects with alignment to global facilities standards and sustainability goals
- Provide engineering support for site projects, technology transfers, and sustainability initiatives including capex review and approval
- Oversee regional efforts for strategic programs such as Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Critical Specs, and Quality Defense Lines

- Assess and ensure effective and consistent PM and predictive maintenance programs, procedures, and checklists across the network
- Develop and monitor metrics to drive performance improvement, including On-time PMs, MTTF, and MTTR
- Review FIPA/METS events and provide recommendations to drive the reduction of critical Electrical impact events
- Conduct and analyze electrical systems studies using design software tools such as SKM or ETAP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of Facility Engineering experience, preferably within the Semiconductor Industry
- Expert understanding of Electrical systems operational and maintenance capabilities
- Proven ability to lead or actively participate in global facility engineering efforts
- Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups using methodologies like 8D and MOC
- Experience with TPM implementation and alignment for Electrical systems
- Ability to conduct electrical systems studies using design software such as SKM or ETAP
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills to meet challenging deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent facility standards at all organizational levels
- Experience in sustainability project achievement, data acquisition, and validation
