Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in consistently closing sales and generating revenues
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and collective success
  • Experience taking ownership of an individual sales quota and growing a book of business preferably focusing on export for Travel, Gaming, D2C or Financial service
  • Experience with digital publishers or media agencies with strong digital sales/BD presence
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean language
