Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with semiconductor assembly and test subcontractors in India
  • Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships within the India subcon ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical marketing within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth in outsourced semiconductor services
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly, packaging, and test processes
  • Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or fabless semiconductor companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently across India and other Asian markets
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus
