Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects, and identified plant improvement projects according to specifications.
  • Lead troubleshooting in Instrumentation and drive continuous process plant improvements.
  • Maintain site equipment and facilities to high GMP standards, ensuring inspection readiness at all times.
  • Apply continuous improvement mindset to optimize maintenance and calibration activities/frequencies and efficiency (including 5S).
  • Provide input to capital project teams and develop maintenance plans for newly installed equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance measures (including safety) within the specific discipline to ensure plant inspection readiness.
  • Manage the site computerized maintenance system and its data/records to ensure accuracy for decision-making.
  • Support customer complaints and deviation investigations, ensuring timely completion of engineering corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Control or Electrical engineering discipline.
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Willingness to undergo 15 months of structured on-the-job training.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high GMP standards in a manufacturing environment.
