Requirements
- Experience in health, safety, and environment (HSSE) management
- Background in governance, assurance, or compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate policies into operational execution
- Experience providing oversight and support to multi-regional teams
- Familiarity with second-line assurance models
- Skills in data-driven analysis and reporting
- Exposure to AI-enabled safety tools or digital HSE solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills for global stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work across cultures and business units
- Experience in implementing safety standards in industrial or corporate environments
- Knowledge of international HSSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001)
- Leadership experience in matrixed organizations
- Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore with global travel requirements
- Demonstrated pragmatism in enabling safety initiatives
