Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on supply chain optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement strategic recommendations to enhance supply chain performance, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
- Lead various project phases including RFP response, Requirement gathering, Fit Gap Analysis, E2E Solutioning, Business Blueprinting, Design, Build, Data Migration, Testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and Go-Live.
- Conduct risk analysis, manage mitigation plans, and monitor project dependencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and/or distribution.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements into client proposal offerings that address business needs.
