- Proven experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and statistical process control.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
