Key Responsibilities
- Utilize machines, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, parts, and accessories
- Read and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for engine assembly and related tasks
- Solve technical issues and problems encountered during daily work
- Assist Operations Leader, Assistant Foremen, or Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and maintaining discipline
- Carry out SAP transactions and update work orders as needed
- Support and participate in EHS, Continuous Improvement, and Ethics culture projects and corporate initiatives
Requirements
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection, or testing
- Good understanding of technical drawings, such as engine manuals
- Commitment to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime as needed
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (preferred)
