- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of contracts law and its application.
- Strong arbitration and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be a Singaporean citizen due to the sensitive nature of the job.
