Key Responsibilities
- Maintain District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM), and perform other field works.
- Implement and monitor service and maintenance programs.
- Supervise and implement all maintenance processes, including those involving external contractors.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to detect and resolve issues.
- Assist the Engineer in calibrations, control troubleshooting, and facility enhancement projects.
- Assign and release work orders to maintenance specialists and contractors.

- Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance records for tracking and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, or Air-conditioning Engineering.
- Higher NITEC holders with relevant DHCS experience will be considered favorably.
- Good understanding of the technical features of ACMV and District Cooling System.
- Practical experience with Energy Management Systems and local/remote control monitoring systems.
- Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment with a proactive safety mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform shift duty (12-hour rotating shift) at various sites.
