Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor UPW and M&E systems via SCADA and E-Logging from FMS to maintain contamination-free manufacturing
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, UPW, wastewater treatment, and exhaust ducting systems
- Supervise and coordinate vendor activities for preventive, corrective, breakdown, and ad-hoc maintenance
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, UPW, WWTP, STP, fire alarm, VSD, UPS, and emergency genset systems
- Support predictive maintenance tasks including vibration monitoring, IR thermal scanning, and corrosion control programs
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance
- Intermediate knowledge of M&E chiller, HVAC, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Specialization in M&E, WWTP, or STP systems is preferred to enhance PM activities and system improvement
