Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various Rolls-Royce functions and customers (overhaul bases, repair business units) to develop and implement cost reduction and new repair solutions.

  • Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) reviews.
  • Become trained and assigned as a Repair/Service Engineering Competent Author (CA) responsible for technical repair/service document development to meet design and regulatory requirements, focusing on cost reduction.
  • Support the overall CSC & Services Engineering strategies in the region, including growing repair capabilities and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical capability (Aerospace or Mechanical preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Proven ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking to technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including basic Microsoft Office Suite ability.
  • Ability to work independently on complex, novel, and ambiguous tasks.
  • Good global communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse functions, partners, and cultures.
