Key Responsibilities
- Assist in FATCA/CRS compliance, reporting, and advisory projects, including entity/product classification support and registration/deregistration with IRS and IRAS.
- Perform FATCA/CRS sample testing, walkthroughs, and quality assurance checks for reporting or end-to-end process reviews.
- Identify compliance gaps during FATCA/CRS process reviews and document observations in findings reports referencing applicable regulations.
- Contribute to client process improvement initiatives and support automation efforts for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing key client deliverables such as gap analyses, findings reports, remediation plans, and operating procedures.
- Support the development of the FATCA/CRS service line by drafting proposals, thought leadership materials, and client presentations.
- Contribute to KYC/AML due diligence reviews, assessing onboarding controls and customer risk rating processes.
Requirements
- Good understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations in Singapore, including due diligence obligations and reporting requirements.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in FATCA/CRS.
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
