Key Responsibilities
- Manage the function of a Section and Unit
- Assist Branch Manager in implementing procedures in accordance with Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions, and all changes relevant to the Section
- Manage the cybersecurity compliance and audit for the signal branch
- Responsible to update and gather necessary information from FSC or Ops to be reported in FSC Daily Production Meeting
- Ensure all Section's requirements in procedures and instructions are in compliance
- Regularly monitor work and motivate staff in contributing to the performance of the Section and achieving Signal Performance Standard
- Ensure safety and quality requirements are maintained, sustained, and improved
- Analyze and review Signal and PSD system performance
- Review and plan adequacy of manpower and material resources of the Section
- Review training requirements of the Section
- Conduct periodic supervision of staff work
- Review and endorse reports required of the Section
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 5 years experience in related field
- At least Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution or other relevant Engineering field
- Have work experience in working with Signaling & PSD Systems and Equipment
- Knowledge of Computer Skills like Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Outlook
- Knowledge in IT systems like Servers, Networking, Client/Server communication & IT Security will be an added advantage
