Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of applications engineers, overseeing resource allocation and worldwide customer technical support activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ Ph.D Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of technical experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in semiconductor processes, with expertise in inspection, metrology, or process tools within applications engineering.
- Proven experience managing cross-departmental collaboration and complex, global implementation projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-functional teams and influencing product development strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including customer engagement through workshops and technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with familiarity with the semiconductor ecosystem.
