Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer queries regarding products, service requirements, and technical issues across APAC.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including coordinating remote or on-site troubleshooting and commissioning.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical support, service operations, customer service engineering, or commissioning.
  • Ability to provide end-to-end technical support for Mobile/Marine products.
  • Proven ability to coordinate resolutions with internal teams (Engineering, R&D) and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical issue resolution.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
