Key Responsibilities
- Understand the end-to-end business process and requirement.
- Research and innovate using RPA / Snowflake for the following areas: Optimise existing RPA workflows (document downloading), Creation of market value chat bot, Automating NAV updates in SCD by translating NAV statements into system readable format.
- To be responsible and support of the team's core activities.
- Gain business knowledge in funds processing activities.
- Experience in Agile delivery model.
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Experience in working with Sharepoint and SCD.
- Gain knowledge in process streamlining, elicit user requirements and process documentation.
Requirements
- Good analytical skills and details oriented.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline.
- Strong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping and snowflake.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong co-ordination and organization skills.
- Highly professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality on projects.
- Interpersonal Skills: A team player with pleasant disposition.
- Ability to work well with people within and outside the team, and across the organizational hierarchy.
