Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management for major organizational people transformations, including operating model design, workforce transformation, and culture shifts.
- Develop and execute talent-focused change strategies and detailed implementation plans.
- Own impact assessments, readiness diagnostics, and stakeholder mapping for large-scale initiatives.
- Partner closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, executive sponsors, and transformation teams to drive alignment.
- Design and deliver targeted communication, engagement, and leader enablement plans.
- Coach senior leaders and managers to become effective change sponsors and drivers of adoption.
- Track adoption, engagement, and behavioral change using defined metrics to ensure sustained success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience for this level.
- Proven success leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Background in HR, People Transformation, Organizational Development (OD), or Enterprise Change.
- Strong capability to influence senior leaders effectively without direct authority.
- Experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR).
- Demonstrated success in embedding change behaviors, not just delivering plans.
