Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous product and quality performance improvement, focusing on factory yield, DEFOA, warranty/Annual Failure Rate, and production efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting customer quality issues, production line issues, and PCA issues.
  • Maintain and improve product quality by redesigning products or processes to meet cost objectives, obsolescence, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as a technical leader or project lead for value engineering, current product engineering (CPE), process improvement, and New Product Introduction projects.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles within manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Engineering Change Order (ECO) procedures.
  • Work with R&D to design, develop, and release new tools or process technologies, influencing product design for manufacturability.
  • Develop manufacturing and test processes, assembly fixtures/tooling, and test systems for new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Physics, or Computer Science with strong product engineering experience encouraged).
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Mass Spectrometry.
  • Strong engineering and analytical skills with a passion for systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to set, implement complex engineering projects and achieve goals independently.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
