Key Responsibilities
- Tackle operational issues within SAP systems, primarily in Sales Order-to-Revenue business processes
- Work across Retail, Digital Stores, and Sales Channels domains
- Collaborate with business and technical teams across regions and time zones
- Ensure timely remediation of system issues
- Maintain accountability for all aspects of system support
- Support cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
- Retail and Sales Domain experience
- At least 5 years of functional working experience in SAP SD
- Hands-on experience with SAP BRF+
- Hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail
- Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris/Commerce
- Hands-on experience with FSCM
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations
- Hands-on experience with Worksoft automated testing
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes including order management, payment processing, and logistics
- Critical problem solver with quantitative aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Demonstrates creativity, innovation, and proactive approach to challenging conventional norms
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, S/4 Hana Cloud BTP, SAP Rise, or AI-driven integration frameworks (preferred)
- Debugging experience in ABAP (preferred)
- Ability to perform code walkthrough in ABAP, Python, Java, HTML, or SQL (preferred)
