Key Responsibilities

Undertake co-engineering tasks and contribute to the co-design of solutions.
Support the development lifecycle of the TopSky One product (ATM, BYPASS, and SIM).

Populate datasets and contribute fully to Operational Dataset creation for Test & Evaluation (T&E) activities.
Prepare and attend demonstrations, providing crucial feedback on deliveries to Product Owners and System Engineers.
Work with Software Integration to automate dataset activities through integration pipelines.
Support contract transition activities with customers in collaboration with Support teams.

Requirements

Instructor grade or Air Traffic Control qualifications.
Proven experience in Air Traffic Control management.
Experience in dataset preparation specifically for an ATM system.
Knowledge of the Australian ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID).
High level of understanding regarding dataset/adaptation data goals and impacts.
Capability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders possessing different objectives.
Aptitude for success in a multi-disciplinary integrated team environment.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting with international customers.
