Logistics Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lean projects and conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor productivity performance, collaborating with the warehouse team to address gaps and enhance productivity through initiatives like introducing SMART features.
• Establish standard processes and best practices adopted from other entities.
• Ensure all documentation and operational processes are updated, setting clear targets for all warehouse operations.
• Develop tactical and structural action plans to accommodate future operational needs and growth regarding space and throughput capacity.
• Deploy standard processes in alignment with the Schneider Performance System requirements, focusing primarily on logistics processes.
• Identify and implement new initiatives and technologies applicable to the working environment, including leading Cybersecurity activities and ensuring global compliance.
• Manage the Overall Improvement Plan for the entity, including identifying areas for enhancement and aligning with top-down direction.
• Serve as the reference point for ergonomics improvements to enhance the well-being and working conditions of operations staff.
• Coordinate project allocation and prioritization among team members, structuring the team with talent to foster growth and manage backups against turnover.
