Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the global service owner for Non-Conformance (NC) reduction and timely closure across all regions.

  • Coordinate global service resource allocation based on operational priorities and business demand.
  • Partner with Regional Service Managers to support ramp readiness and staffing at key customer sites.
  • Conduct quarterly tool audits and perform labor-hours audits to ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant field service and field operations experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor process equipment support and installation requirements (spare parts, tooling, training, documentation).
  • Proven project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision.
