Key Responsibilities
- Act as the global service owner for Non-Conformance (NC) reduction and timely closure across all regions.
- Lead weekly NC focus meetings with account teams, KPUs, and cross-functional partners to drive resolution.
- Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of NC documentation, training materials, and PSAT/SAP user guides.
- Review and drive resolution of high-cost and systemic NCs, including participation in cross-functional task forces.
- Own NC cost reclassification and recovery, aligning with various departments to enable chargebacks and providing monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate global service resource allocation based on operational priorities and business demand.
- Partner with Regional Service Managers to support ramp readiness and staffing at key customer sites.
- Conduct quarterly tool audits and perform labor-hours audits to ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant field service and field operations experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process equipment support and installation requirements (spare parts, tooling, training, documentation).
- Proven project management and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision.
