Coordinate global service resource allocation based on operational priorities and business demand.

Conduct quarterly tool audits and perform labor-hours audits to ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant field service and field operations experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of semiconductor process equipment support and installation requirements (spare parts, tooling, training, documentation).
Proven project management and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision.
