Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis to influence prescription decisions.
- Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand critical customer challenges and pain points.
- Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs across multiple channels.
- Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to improve the patient journey.
- Gather deep customer business insights and translate feedback into actionable strategies for account plans.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet patient needs.
- Maintain integrity by adhering to the Novartis Code of Ethics and reporting adverse events within 24 hours.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven sales experience within a multinational pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to drive sales performance through orchestrated positive customer experiences.
