Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field
- Monitoring experience preferred
- Strong adaptability and ability to influence site partners in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel domestically (and possibly internationally) as needed
