Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for multiple ABAP, HANA, Java, SAP Portal, UI, and iOS applications within the SAP Development Global Support team.
- Manage issue resolution, proactive system monitoring, and executing system upgrades and support pack installations.
- Serve as part of the ABAP Production Support Team, requiring on-call availability to address production issues promptly.
- Interact regularly with SAP Support Functional, BASIS, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify technical improvement areas, automation opportunities, and contribute to the overall quality of support processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in SAP Application Development and production support.
- 5 years of experience developing custom applications in ABAP and troubleshooting/customizing SAP standard applications (Order to Cash).
- Experience with IDOCs, BAPI, RFCs, and Web services.
- 2 years of professional experience with application programming on S/4HANA, including RAP, OData, CDS Views, and SAP FIOR.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with System upgrades and Support packs.
- 2 years of hands-on development experience in Eclipse.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
