Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Account and Crowd Managers to define and align on project deliverables.
- Manage resource plans for analyst headcount, aligning targets across the portfolio with Account, Crowd Managers, Team Leads, and Capacity Planning.
- Draft and implement policies related to performance and project management for all site-delivered projects.
- Effectively communicate project status, metrics, and insights to management.
- Partner with Account and Crowd Managers to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Manage support for project approvals, prioritization, and flagging outliers for leadership review.
- Coordinate site project rollout and execution, including platform changes, headcount management, training, and metrics tracking.
- Bring consistency to project delivery using standardized templates and project management best practices.
- Provide technical support to analysts and collaborate with tool owners on necessary tool updates/fixes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of project support experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale operations.
- Highly analytical, quantitative, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, creative decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
