Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and improve factory manufacturing process flow
- Lead improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency and Cost Performance through work method optimization, simulation & automation
- Develop Labor utilization standards for benchmarking
- Lead workflow optimization and labor resource deployment efforts to enable scalability
- Model and analyze different business requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
- Tool up business cases and prepare proposals for management review
- Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within Infineon Backend community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Highly analytical with a desire to initiate improvements
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
