Key Responsibilities
- Receive, qualify, and process customer requests (directly or via field and office sales representatives) and enter associated quotations.
- Contact appropriate internal contacts to prepare relevant and competitive price offers for all products and services offered by the CMA CGM Group (maritime and non-maritime).
- Follow up with customers on unconverted quotations and implement corrective actions if the quotation conversion rate is not met.
- Ensure regular updating of quotations.
- Assist customers in using online pricing tools.
- Contribute to the resolution of commercial disputes and maintain regular contact with all relevant internal contacts to ensure proper execution of operations and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Security procedures in force in the company, particularly the proper management of quotations for optimal execution of business by the customer service department.
Requirements
- Looking for an apprenticeship in Master 1 or 2 in International Commerce or Transport Logistics.
- Proficiency in computer and office tools.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation sense.
