Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for issues related to productivity barriers, quality, and system failures, deploying containment/corrective actions with operations.
- Lead and implement actions coming from the IDEA system.
- Support Smart DC, digitization, or digital projects, including Tableau dashboards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management.
- At least 4 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics operations with global presence.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and terminology (e.g., FIFO, MIGO).
- Working knowledge of inventory management and transportation.
- Computer literate with required experience in SAP & WM.
- Proven record of problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
