Key Responsibilities

  • Revise solution architecture drawings, diagrams, cost templates (devis), List of Supply (LOS)/Bill of Materials (BOM), and interfaces at the start of projects.
  • Create and/or update network integration engineer contributions to Solution Specification and Design documentation, Network Acceptance Test Procedures, and other associated network integration documents.
  • Define equipment configuration for ATM solution(s) and coordinate assembly with Hardware Deployment and Integration management.
  • Load, configure, validate, and hand over equipment to Software Integration in factory and on customer sites.
  • Support configuration changes to system platforms in factory and customer sites.
  • Attend Design Reviews with customers and provide customer training.
  • Identify risks at solution architecture level and propose alternate validated solutions where possible.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of engineering processes.
  • For Bids/Tenders: Create Peer Review system architecture diagrams, LOS/BOM, and the Hardware Integration section in the Engineering Department devis.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or Master Degree.
  • Must-have Cisco formal certifications (CCNP, CCNA etc).
  • Good level of knowledge of and experience with Unix/Linux (Redhat distribution preferred).
  • Familiarity with a wide range of Computer and Networking hardware (preferably Cisco).
  • Proficiency in Scripting (TCL/TK, Perl, & Shell).
  • Ability to work on multiple activities concurrently and effectively self-manage (autonomy).
  • Sense of ownership, Team player, strong communication skills, Problem solving.
