Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, plan, and implement cost saving projects including refurbished tools purchase, alternate parts cost saving, and fab byproducts sale
- Document and ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
- Evaluate problem statements or areas for improvement and drive solutions with cross-functional teams across sites
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure task, project, or individual goals toward departmental OKRs
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
- Degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Physics
- 5-8 years of working experience in a similar role or industry
- Ability to travel at least once or twice per year
- Good interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment
