Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise pre-treatment processes for multi-material segregation, which could be dissimilar material or coating debonding

- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, publications, and technical disclosures based on innovative research in surface pre-treatment technologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that milestones are met in accordance with project objectives
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any technical challenges or concerns
Requirements
- B.Sc in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry and Engineering, or a related science and engineering field
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, with strong understanding of surface and interface processes or material processing
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and prepare presentation and reports
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment, with knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Good hands-on experience with system maintenance
- Experience in using analytical equipment such as SEM-EDX, ICP-OES and FTIR
