  • At least a NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good to have basic technical knowledge related to property maintenance.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role, managing residential and/or mixed development properties will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus, but not essential.
