Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and administer GEAESS' Quality System.
- Support and administer GEAESS’ Safety Management System.
- Administer internal quality audit programs covering process, workstation, final product, quality systems, and source substantiation processes.
- Control GEAESS’ Document Control Center, ensuring all data and records are up-to-date and revisions are distributed to affected engineers.
- Prevent the release of any non-conforming material shipments from GEAESS as a top priority.
- Facilitate regulatory and customer audits, collaborating on corrective actions.
- Initiating, updating, and maintaining MOE, QCWls, and other required Quality documents.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of basic engineering and aircraft component repair.
- Auditing experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems/ISO/Part 145 regulation.
- Leadership, facilitation, or supervisory skills.
- CAAS Air Legislation Paper.
- Basic knowledge of PC software and good communication skills.
