Provide operational oversight for onsite pilots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
Facilitate the transition from Proof of Concept (PoC) to industrialization, working closely with technical and operational teams.

Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for the R&D Robotics department, ensuring alignment with CEVA's digital and operational transformation goals.

Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO in R&D, digital, or industrial projects, with a focus on robotics, automation, or logistics.
Proven track record in project governance, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear action plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and senior leadership.
Experience in structuring project portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, and driving operational excellence.
