Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as the senior point of contact and stewarding long-term relationships.
  • Lead the origination and delivery of IT due diligence, IT post-merger integration, and IT separation/carve-out assignments end-to-end.
  • Provide thought leadership on enterprise IT infrastructure, application migration, cybersecurity, and digital/analytics topics.
  • Drive business development by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities with clients, including proposal development.
  • Develop deal-focused strategies to solve complex technical challenges and link technology actions to value creation, synergy, and cost savings.
  • Direct and oversee large, multi-workstream projects by building high-performing teams and managing engagement risks.
  • Shape and deliver programs that meet client expectations, ensuring timely, insight-led deliverables to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise Managers and Senior Managers across engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing roles within an external IT consulting firm and industry.
  • Deep experience in M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy analysis, and post-deal transformation.
  • Broad knowledge of key IT functions such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Governance, Systems Integration, Application Development, IT Service Delivery, and Infrastructure Management.
  • Proven ability to quickly assess business performance and outline improvement opportunities based on limited information.
