Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a DevOps team to deploy, operate, maintain and improve ODC products in GCP Cloud following the SRE approach
  • Perform on-boarding test, communicate technical risk concerns and help prepare mitigation plans
  • Monitor system with real-time monitoring tools
  • Extend handover milestones to Tier I, II to comply with contractual SLAs
  • Support operations tasks to shape the product roadmap and establish operational readiness
  • Provide technical guidance for new or evolving services and conduct technical analyses
  • Participate in preparation and review of technical product and customer specific documentation
  • Develop and maintain IAC code and automation tools

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Hands‑on deployment with Kubernetes and GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure administration and support in production environments
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Hashicorp
  • Strong knowledge of system integration, operation, maintenance and automation tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Service Delivery best practices
  • Understanding of cloud service providers, monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure and Linux
  • Experience in Telecom domain preferred
