Key Responsibilities
- Work in a DevOps team to deploy, operate, maintain and improve ODC products in GCP Cloud following the SRE approach
- Perform on-boarding test, communicate technical risk concerns and help prepare mitigation plans
- Monitor system with real-time monitoring tools
- Extend handover milestones to Tier I, II to comply with contractual SLAs
- Support operations tasks to shape the product roadmap and establish operational readiness
- Provide technical guidance for new or evolving services and conduct technical analyses
- Participate in preparation and review of technical product and customer specific documentation
- Develop and maintain IAC code and automation tools
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in relevant field
- Hands‑on deployment with Kubernetes and GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure administration and support in production environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Hashicorp
- Strong knowledge of system integration, operation, maintenance and automation tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Service Delivery best practices
- Understanding of cloud service providers, monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure and Linux
- Experience in Telecom domain preferred
