Key Responsibilities

Work in a DevOps team to deploy, operate, maintain and improve ODC products in GCP Cloud following the SRE approach
Perform on-boarding test, communicate technical risk concerns and help prepare mitigation plans
Monitor system with real-time monitoring tools
Extend handover milestones to Tier I, II to comply with contractual SLAs
Support operations tasks to shape the product roadmap and establish operational readiness
Provide technical guidance for new or evolving services and conduct technical analyses
Participate in preparation and review of technical product and customer specific documentation
Develop and maintain IAC code and automation tools

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
4+ years of experience in relevant field
Hands‑on deployment with Kubernetes and GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure administration and support in production environments
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Hashicorp
Strong knowledge of system integration, operation, maintenance and automation tools
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python
Knowledge of Agile methodology and Service Delivery best practices
Understanding of cloud service providers, monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure and Linux
Experience in Telecom domain preferred
